GameCritic Media Partner Agreement

1. Eligibility

To be eligible as a GameCritic media partner, you must:

  • Operate an active gaming media outlet (website, YouTube channel, social media presence, etc.)
  • Produce regular gaming-related content
  • Maintain professional editorial standards
  • Have a demonstrable audience or community

2. Content Standards

As a GameCritic partner, you agree to:

  • Provide honest, fair, and unbiased reviews
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of your content
  • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
  • Follow gaming industry review embargo dates

3. Use of GameCritic Platform

Partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your media outlet
  • Keep your profile and contact information up to date
  • Submit reviews in the required format with proper attribution
  • Link back to the original review on your platform
  • Not manipulate scores or engage in fraudulent practices

4. Data & Privacy

  • GameCritic collects and stores application information for partnership evaluation
  • Your contact information will be used solely for GameCritic-related communications
  • Public information (media name, reviews) will be displayed on the platform
  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without consent

5. Partnership Terms

  • GameCritic reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion
  • Partnership status may be revoked for violations of these terms
  • Partners may voluntarily withdraw at any time
  • GameCritic may update these terms with reasonable notice to partners

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your original content
  • You grant GameCritic a license to display your reviews and scores
  • GameCritic retains all rights to its platform, branding, and aggregated data

7. Limitation of Liability

GameCritic provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about uninterrupted service, accuracy of aggregated scores, or other partners' content.

8. Code of Conduct

Partners must:

  • Maintain professional communication
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Respect other media partners and the gaming community
  • Report any issues or concerns to GameCritic administration
